ORDER CANCELLATION & YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us. Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
